SHREE DIGVIJAY CEMENT CO. LTD received the recognition for Outstanding contribution in building Saurashtra. The award was received by CEO & MD Shri Rajeev Nambiar from the hands of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Vijay Rupani jee. This award facilitation ceremony was conducted by NEWS TV18- Gujarati held at Rajkot, and SDCCL was regarded as the best cement plant in Saurashtra.
SHREE DIGVIJAY CEMENT CO. LTD was awarded 2nd prize in the 16th National Award on Excellence in Cost Management 2018, Category- Manufacturing-Private-Small, by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. The prize was received by Chief Financial Officer, Shri Anurag Thakur, MoS was Chief Guest & Shri SC Garg, Secretary (Power) was guest of Honour who handed over the award.
Our manufacturing unit in Sikka organized a school painting competition – named “Chitravali” – and an art exhibition with the students’ paintings. The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr Rajeev Nambiar, CEO & MD – SHREE DIGVIJAY CEMENT CO. LTD.
Shree Digvijay Cement Co. Ltd. enters into long term agreement with Usha Silai School, a branch of Usha International Ltd. (UIL), to empower village women living close to our Sikka plant to become entrepreneurs and teach sewing to other women in their communities. The collaboration with the school started with the donation of 10 sewing machines.
